SB Express Lanes
(San Bernardino County, CA)

Creators and maintainers of the Customer Service Back Office System that enables account management, violations processing, image processing, interoperability, transponder inventory, self service assistance through a customer service website and mobile app, and processing hundreds of millions in payments each year using a fully PCI-compliant solution, we are an important part of The Toll Roads® success. Systems maintained by BRiC-TPS for the Agencies account for over 300,000 trips per day on its roads and thousands of additional trips driven by TCA customers on interoperable roads. In 2024, using BRiC's enterprise class TPS back office system, TCA became the processing partner and customer service provider for the newly-opened SB Express Lanes in San Bernardino county. Even though the roads have different pricing models and business rules, a single installation of TPS manages all toll posting, violations processing, account management and inter-Agency reporting functions for both Agencies.

PierPASS (Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach)

Operating, supporting and maintaining a Traffic Mitigation Fee system for the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach designed to reduce daytime truck traffic and the corresponding congestion, air quality and security issues that arise. BRiC-TPS' support includes maintaining strict payment security and financial controls' compliance and providing 99.5% uptime every month since inception.

Riverside Express Lanes (Riverside County, CA)

Providing back office and operational management support for the Riverside County Transporation Commission's (RCTC) Riverside Express Lanes on the I-15, one of the busiest corridors in California's fast-growing Inland Empire. In February of 2020, BRiC-TPS was tasked to develop BRiC-VTX for a revenue launch in March of 2021. Despite the unprecedented territory of the COVID pandemic, we delivered the system on schedule and it continues to serve today, managing tolls, interoperable transactions and violations processing, new account enrollment, transponder inventory, case management and shift management.
