BRiC-TPS provides service and support from corporate offices in Irvine, California, a customer service center in Glendale, Arizona, and distributed data centers located in the western United States. Founded in 2014, the Company serves a variety of agencies in software development/maintenance, operations and consulting roles.
About Us
Chief Executive Officer, William Duffy, has over 20 years of experience in the tolling industry. His passion is orchestrating exceptional customer service using leading‐edge technology in an appropriate fashion to provide efficiency throughout the process. He has extensive background in payment processing and security with exceptional knowledge of PCI Data Security Standards compliance and PA‐DSS certification, as well as quality control methodology and process automation. He was a founder of VESystems, the architect and a key developer for VTX, and is continuing to actively bring his expertise to BRiC-TPS’ software development teams.
Chief Operating Officer, Rick Maharaj, has over 20 years of progressive experience in the tolling industry. Instrumental in the design of the transaction logic and user interface in the VTX, TollWorks and TPS back office systems, he also has extensive Operations experience, including management of a high volume Customer Service Center that achieved mulitple Center of Excellence designations by Benchmark Portal.
Chief Financial Officer, Chris Hurley, has extensive experience on both sides of the Agency/vendor relationship. In addition, he is a capable Program Manager and has also contributes to development of controls and reports within software systems and business policy development. Chris is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters of Business Administration.
